Hito Pak provides a fair lifetime warranty against manufacturing and material defects because we stand behind the quality and dependability of all of our paks. Any damage brought on by negligence, incorrect maintenance, an accident, or ordinary wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.

 

Hito Pak ultimately decides whether a product qualifies for repair, but we'll always work with you to find the best solution. The completion of repairs typically takes 5 to 10 weeks, and we'll keep you informed if it takes longer for whatever reason.
